- We offer affordable caretaking services that include weekly or monthly property checks for a few months or all year.
- Visually inspect that no damage has been done to the exterior or interior of the property making sure everything is secure and stable
- Physically ensure that all doors and windows are secured
- Check for leaks, running toilets or dripping faucets
- Check that alarm is working correctly (no error codes)
- Check that the thermostat is set correctly for the season
- Check for pest/insect infestations
- Check that all lights (interior & exterior) are working & replace any bulbs as needed
- Turn heat on to warm up your home for your arrival
- After Storms we will check for any storm damage, trees down, ensure that the road to your house is clear and other threats to the security of your home.
- Digital Photographs as necessary
- Inspection Summaries mailed or emailed after every inspection or monthy
- Provide an Accounting Statement mailed or emailed at the end of every month
- If repairs are needed, coordinate with owner and appropriate local trade to insure quick, expert and economical result
